For my senior year in college, I took a CAD class where one of our assignments was to look at the current trends during that time and create a look book that incorporated those same trends. Not only was an abundance of research done for this project but also organizing a photoshoot and communicating with local stores in letting me borrow garments for my shoot. I was in charge of talking with a photographer and choosing a shoot location as well as model castings to find bodies to wear my clothes. Overall, this project was not only a lot of fun, but it also taught me many valuable things like learning about the process of organizing a successful photoshoot and trend forecasting.
